How To Make A Reservation....

First contact us via email or phone to see if the villa is available when you want it and that your party is consistent with our guest policy below. Then, to secure a rental period, please submit a $500 deposit. This will be refunded within 5 days of checkout, less a $150 cleaning fee, if there is no damage.

We prefer booking more than 30 days in advance when possible. Reservations may be accepted closer to the arrival date but the deposit is subject to forfeiture if cancellation is less than 30 days in advance.

Rent is due in advance at time of arrival or earlier. Extra days, if available, are payable in advance at the time they are booked.

Casa De Angeles Policy

Check in time upon arrival is 4:00PM on date of arrival.  (possibly earlier if suite is cleaned)

Check out time is 11:00AM. on date of departure.

No smoking on premises. Many of our guests insist on smoke free accommodations. If tobacco smoke is detectable, a deodorizing fee will be charged.

Sorry no children under age 5. (infants excepted)

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Clean linens & towels are available in Linen closet.

A laundry area is available for guests to wash towels, clothes  etc.

A maximum of two cars are allowed per occupancy.

No unruly, loud, or other behavior that disturbs neighbors. We expect a modicum of decorum from our guests. If you are looking for a "party house", please look elsewhere.
