Today started real early for Patricia as she has 102 miles to make.

Weather reports show scattered showers and lighting, later in the afternoon.

I finished up my things to do at the motel and rushed out. Patricia was about 55-60 miles out  by 11:00am. Just as I found her it started to rain and she was in need of support.

She came limping to the van.  I gave her my soy milk and beans special, heated on the van manifold, with a few wraps of  tortilla and she was happy!

She came alive! The rain was very light and never poured like this place is known for.

But it was very humid and got even hotter near the end.

This town is pretty big compared to others.  Patricia's toe is still bothering her, but she is making it.
